We are still looking for volunteers to help during the festival! If you would like to get involved, you can do so by filling the appropriate form in the Get Involved section. Once you’ve filled it, please send it to [email protected]. Don’t forget that if you work 6 hours or more as a volunteer, we will give you a refund for your badge!
Also, if you would like to hold a panel at our convention, you can find the form for it in the Get Involved section as well. Please send that one to [email protected] before March 20th, as that is the deadlines for panel submissions!

Pokemon tournament and deadline for panel submissions!
We have two announcements today! First of all, the deadline for panel submissions is set to March 20th, after which we won’t be taking in any more submissions. If you would like to submit a panel, you can find the form and the instructions in our Get involved section!
Secondly, our Gaming Room director would like to invite you to the Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby tournament that will be held during the convention. Here are the rules for the tournament: doubles, no legendaries. We hope you’re as excited as we are for it! We can’t wait to see your teams!
Panels and workshops form

A short message to inform you that the form for hosting panels and workshops has been updated! If you wish to host a panel or a workshop at Nadeshicon 2015, you can do so by filling the form located on our Get Involved! page, and by sending it to [email protected]. Don’t forget to read it thoroughly too!
The form for volunteers should be updated soon as well! Keep an eye out for it!

You feel like holding a panel or a workshop during Festival Nadeshicon 2014? The time has come to present us what you have in mind for our festival goers from April 4th to 6th! Simply go to our Get Involved! section to find our form in Word format. Fill it up and send it to us at [email protected].
We will no longer accept forms after March 1st.
