Schedule now available, bracelets required for some shows!

You’ve been asking for it, and here it is! The schedule of the activites is now available on the Programme page! Again, please note that, in the event of a discrepancy between the programme and the schedule, the times and locations in the schedule will prevail.

Please note that some shows, namely the masquerade, the Orchestre Portable de Jeux Vidéo show, as well as the mpi&Benjamin Anderson shows will require you to have a bracelet to attend. Those will be handed out, for free, starting at 10am on the morning of the respective shows at a table in front of Salle Hydro-Québec, where the shows are held. Make sure to grab the ones you need!

Precisions concerning the schedule, registration for the masquerade, and details about the bracelets!

Hi everyone! We would like to makes things a bit clearer concerning the aforementioned subjects. First off, while activities only start at 5pm on Friday, and 10am on Saturday and Sunday, registration will start one hour before those times so that you won’t be late to any panel or activity!

Secondly, registration to participate in the masquerade will be held from 7pm to 8pm on Friday night, and from 11am to noon on Saturday so that you may participate even if you only arrive on saturday, or if you sleep in!

Last but certainly not least, the bracelets required to attend the various shows during the weekend will be distributed on the respective days on which their shows are held. Here’s the schedule:

-Friday from 5pm to 8pm for the first show of Mika Kobayashi.
-Saturday from 10am to 4pm for the second show of Mika Kobayashi as well as the masquerade.
-Sunday from 10am to 1pm for Orchestre Portable de Jeux Vidéo’s show.

Please note however that bracelets will only be available for as long as we have any to give away. Please also note that bracelets only guarantee you a seat for the show if you get there early; if Salle Hydro-Québec is not full about 5 minutes before the show starts, we will allow people without bracelets to enter to fill the remaining seats. We thus advise arriving about 15 minutes before the show. We proceed this way for reasons of fairness and to allow for as many people to enjoy the shows as possible.

That is all for today. To thank you for sticking through this wall of text, here is Luduc’s latest video for your viewing pleasure:
