For those of you who are going to give us some of your time during the con, as well as for those who may still be on the fence about it, we will be holding a meeting to give you all the information you may need so that you’re ready for the event! Here’s when and where the meeting will be held:

Unwavering in our fight against printed forms, we’ve converted the volunteers form into an online one for the kind folks who lend us their time and energy to build a spirit bo- to ensure the event is the best it can be. With such benefits as having your badge reimbursed, a few hours of your time allows everyone to enjoy the festival to its fullest, so fill up that form, put on that smile, and spread that positivity!

Maid Café and volunteers

The Maid Café is tomorrow! During the event, our staff in charge of volunteers will be at your service to answer your questions concerning the roles and benefits of volunteers. Forms will also be available if you decide to lend us a hand!
 
If you are unable to attend tomorrow’s Maid Café, or if you already know you want to be a volunteer during Nadeshicon, you can also find the form in the Get Involved section!

Essential to our festival, volunteers are what makes the weekend go smoothly. Since various tasks are offered, make sure you pick your favorite ones before sending us your form. Do note that, just like panel hosts, volunteers will be rewarded for their work, as mentionned in further details in the form, which you may find in the Get Involved section.

We are always looking for more volunteers to give us a hand during the convention! If you would like to involve youself in our event, thus creating a better experience for everyone, you may find the form to become a volunteer in the Get Involved section!
Once you’ve filled the form, you only have to send it to [email protected]!
If you would like to learn more about the available tasks for volunteers before sending your application, you may instead come to the volunteers meetings which will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 15th and 16th, starting at 7pm in room 3105 of Pavillon Desjardins-Pollack of Université Laval.

Extented period for panel submissions!

We have decided to extend the deadline for panel submissions to April 3rd!

If you would like to host a panel, please fill the appropriate form found in the Get Involved section of our website and send it to us at [email protected]!

On that same page, you can also find the form to become a volunteer during the festival. Since volunteers are required for the festival to go smoothly, we would be very grateful if you would be willing to give us some of your time. Note that volunteers who work for atleast six hours will receive a refund of their badge amongst other benefits. If you would like to become a volunteer, please fill the form and send it to [email protected].

Last but not least, you may also find in the Get Involved section the form for Meets ideas. If you would like to submit a theme for a Meet, don’t hesitate to fill the form and send it to [email protected] before April 1st!

A few reminders!

We are still looking for volunteers to help during the festival! If you would like to get involved, you can do so by filling the appropriate form in the Get Involved section. Once you’ve filled it, please send it to [email protected]. Don’t forget that if you work 6 hours or more as a volunteer, we will give you a refund for your badge!

Also, if you would like to hold a panel at our convention, you can find the form for it in the Get Involved section as well. Please send that one to [email protected] before March 20th, as that is the deadlines for panel submissions!

The form for becoming volunteers at Festival Nadeshicon is now up on our website! You can find it under Get Involved!

Once you’ve filled all the fields, save it on your computer and then send it to us at [email protected].

We’re also still looking for maids and butlers for the Maid Café! If you would like to apply, you can send us an email at [email protected]; please include your name, phone number, preferred way for us to contact you, as well as a picture of your outfit. As such, please note that you must use your own outfit.

Festival Nadeshicon is looking for volunteers to assist us with our event. If there are people interested to assist our guests, cook items at our Nadeshicon Idol, welcome attendees and others at our welcome desk, hold the coat check, get involved in the costume contest (Masquerade) or many other positions, be sure to follow the link below for further instructions.

After six hours of volunteering, your badge is reimbursed, you get a free t-shirt inspired from our main poster and a snack to thank you for your help.

It will be a pleasure to see you among us be it an attendee, a collaborator, a volunteer, a merchant, an artist, an exhibitor or a guest!
