Yukio Kobayashi
Bonjour à tous,
Monsieur Yukio Kobayashi, gérant d'Aimee Blackschleger, fera aussi quelques panels durant le festival!
Yukio Kobayashi, un agent dans les domaines de la musique et des arts, a commencé sa carrière musicale en tant que membre du personnel de Shinko Music Entertainment. Après y avoir appris les techniques du métier et y avoir géré des artistes tels que : 本田恭章 (Honda Yasuaki), レベッカ (REBECCA), NOKKO, ICE, et 藤井フミヤ(Fuji Fumiya), il a fondé sa propre société de gestion d’artistes, « 3rd Stone from the Sun ». Quelques-uns des plus grands noms du rock japonais ont été gérés par sa compagnie : SUPER JUNKY MONKEY, PIZZICATO FIVE, THEATRE BROOK, 小島 (KOJIMA), 髭 (HiGE), tobaccojuice, 阿部芙蓉美 (Abe Fuyumi), MAMADRIVE, PRAGUE et BO-PEEP. Il a aussi géré plusieurs artistes : 切り絵作家望月めぐみ (MOCHIME, artiste dans le domaine du papier découpé), 写真家美島菊名 (Mishima Kikuna, artiste photographe), Little Woody (« designer »). Travaillant maintenant en tant que conseiller en affaires dans les domaines de la musique et des arts, il a fondé une nouvelle société intitulée « 9 to the Universe », qui coordonne des événements, des présentations et qui coordonne aussi les partenariats entre les artistes, les interprètes et les distributeurs. Il possède aussi une maison de disques numériques : FLIGHTPATH.

MUSIC and ART agent KOBAYASHI YUKIO, started his music career as a Shinko Music Entertainmen staff member. After learning the business there, and managinig artists such as: 本田恭章(HONDA YASUAKI),レベッカ(REBECCA),NOKKO,ICE,藤井フミヤ(FUJII FUMIYA, he formed his own artist management company called "3rd Stone From the Sun." Some of the best names in Japanese rock have been managed through his agency: SUPER JUNKY MONKEY,PIZZICATO FIVE,THEATRE BROOK, 小島(KOJIMA), 髭(HiGE), tobaccojuice, 阿部芙蓉美(ABE FUYUMI), MAMADRIVE, PRAGUE, and BO-PEEP. Victor Albisharat

Voici un nouvel invité, Victor Albisharat!
Opérateur nucléaire de jour, organisateur de conventions la nuit — et les fins de semaine bien entendu — Victor Albisharat est un Canadien avec plus d’une décennie (cela équivaut à 70 ans en années de conventions) d’expérience en ce qui trait à l’organisation de conventions. Il a aidé à organiser des conventions au Canada et aux États-Unis, de la côte ouest à la côte est, en tant que staff, directeur ou bien en étant sur le Comité administratif de l’une des plus grosses conventions en Amérique du Nord. Non seulement aide-t-il à organiser des événements, mais il aide aussi l’un des plus grands groupes internationaux d’organisateurs de conventions, WRAC (We Run Anime Conventions), ainsi que le groupe frère WRC (We Run Conventions). Ces deux groupes se consacrent à rassembler les organisateurs de conventions du monde entier afin de faciliter le partage et l’entraide. Lorsqu’il n’est pas en train d’organiser des événements, Victor aide à faire fonctionner des réacteurs nucléaires en travaillant dans la plus grande installation nucléaire en fonction au monde, la centrale nucléaire de Bruce*. Son rôle actuel est l’analyse et l’étude d’événements qui se produisent dans l’industrie, que ce soit à l’interne ou à l’externe. Suite à son expérience acquise en analysant des informations pertinentes sur l’accident nucléaire de Fukushima, il a tenu plusieurs panels sur cet accident dans diverses conventions, telles que Otakon et Anime North. Il y présente ce qui s’est passé, comment cela s’est produit et les différents problèmes entourant la réponse à cet événement.

Here's a new guest, Victor Albisharat!
Nuclear Operator by day, Convention Runner by night - and weekends of course! Victor Albisharat is a Canadian convention runner with over a decade (that’s 70 in con years) of convention running experience at conventions in both Canada and the US, east coast to west coast at various levels from regular staff, to department head, and even the Board of Directors at one of the largest and most well-known conventions. Not only does he help in running events, he also assists with one of the largest international con runner organizations – WRAC (We Run Anime Conventions) as well as its sister group WRC (We Run Conventions) – organizations dedicated to bringing together convention runners from around the world to support each other. While not running conventions, Victor helped run nuclear reactors, working at the world’s largest operating nuclear facility, Bruce Nuclear Generating Station*. His current role is the analysis and investigation of events that occur in the industry, both internally and externally. Through his experience in analyzing relevant information from the Fukushima Daiichi incident in 2011, he has been a part of panels about the accident at various conventions including Otakon and Anime North where he explores what happened, how it happened, and the various issues surrounding the response to the event.

Droo sera au festival encore une fois cette année!
Depuis 2008, Droo immortalise les cosplayers dans son studio mobile de convention en convention. Si vous passez par son studio de “funtographie”, vous serez accueilli à bras ouverts par sa passion, son enthousiasme et son appréciation sans borne du cosplay. Il cherche à redonner aux milliers de cosplayers qu’il a eu la chance de connaître la passion qu’ils lui ont apportée depuis son humble commencement, et pour ce faire, il a créé les groupes Facebook "Cosplay~It Unites Us" et "Cosplayers of Canada", qui sont des sources de partage des connaissances, de positivité et d'interactions sociales pour la communauté cosplay.
