Since it’s already tomorrow, we would like to remind you that you may find all the information you need concerning our convention on our website, be it the complete schedule and the programme in the Schedule section, the plan of the building and the various rooms for panels and activities, as well as the location of the convention in the Informations section, and much more in their respective sections.

We would also like to announce that Ogari San will be serving sushis and various asian snacks in Café Fou ÆLIÉS, located in front of the Gaming Room. Café Fou ÆLIÉS will also be open and will exceptionally be serving japanese teas, so don’t hesitate to grab one and relax for a minute or two!

Well then, we can’t wait to see you tomorrow!

Nous sommes toujours à la recherche de personnes volontaires pour nous donner un coup de main lors du festival. Si vous désirez vous impliquer et faire de notre festival une expérience encore plus agréable pour tous, vous pouvez trouver le formulaire pour donner votre nom dans la section S’impliquer!
Une fois rempli, vous n’aurez qu’à l’envoyer à [email protected]!
Vous pouvez aussi vous présenter aux réunions des bénévoles, réunions qui auront lieu ce mercredi et ce jeudi à partir de 19h au local 3105 du pavillon Desjardins-Pollack de l’Université Laval, afin d’en apprendre plus sur les tâches disponibles avant de donner votre nom.

Last call for volunteers!

We are always looking for more volunteers to give us a hand during the convention! If you would like to involve youself in our event, thus creating a better experience for everyone, you may find the form to become a volunteer in the Get Involved section!
Once you’ve filled the form, you only have to send it to [email protected]!
If you would like to learn more about the available tasks for volunteers before sending your application, you may instead come to the volunteers meetings which will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 15th and 16th, starting at 7pm in room 3105 of Pavillon Desjardins-Pollack of Université Laval.
