The flea market will be back for this year’s Nadeshicon!
Following the resounding success of last year’s flea market, we have decided to bring it back, but this time for the whole weekend of the convention! You don’t have any more room for any new figure? Your book-case is starting to make strange noises under the pressure from all your mangas and animes? Come find a new owner for your used japanese pop culture goods! Who knows, you might also find the one missing volume to your collection!
If you would like to sell your items, you will only need to bring them to the location of the flea market during the convention. However, if you wish to bring a lot of goods to sell, we recommend filling this form, printing it and bringing it along with your goods to make the process faster and smoother.
Please note that there will be a 20% service fee on sold items.

Extented period for panel submissions!
We have decided to extend the deadline for panel submissions to April 3rd!
If you would like to host a panel, please fill the appropriate form found in the Get Involved section of our website and send it to us at [email protected]!
On that same page, you can also find the form to become a volunteer during the festival. Since volunteers are required for the festival to go smoothly, we would be very grateful if you would be willing to give us some of your time. Note that volunteers who work for atleast six hours will receive a refund of their badge amongst other benefits. If you would like to become a volunteer, please fill the form and send it to [email protected].
Last but not least, you may also find in the Get Involved section the form for Meets ideas. If you would like to submit a theme for a Meet, don’t hesitate to fill the form and send it to [email protected] before April 1st!

Nous avons décidé de prolonger la période durant laquelle vous pouvez nous soumettre vos demandes de panels jusqu’au 3 avril!
Pour ce faire, vous n’avez qu’à remplir le formulaire que vous trouverez dans la section S’impliquer de notre site web et nous l’envoyer au [email protected]!
Qui plus est, vous pouvez trouver sur cette même page le formulaire pour donner votre nom en tant que bénévole. Les bénévoles étant nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du festival, nous vous serions reconnaissants si vous étiez en mesure de nous donner un peu de votre temps; sachez d’ailleurs que les bénévoles se font rembourser leur badge après six heures de bénévolat, en plus d’autres avantages. Si vous désirez soumettre votre nom, vous n’avez qu’à remplir le formulaire et nous l’envoyer au [email protected].
Enfin, encore dans la section S’impliquer de notre site web, vous pouvez trouver le formulaire pour soumettre une thématique de « Meet ». N’hésitez pas à nous les faire parvenir, et ce avant le 1er avril, à [email protected]!
Komachi Montréal will be performing at Nadeshicon!
Japanese folkloric cultural group founded in 2007 by Kayo Yasuhara, こまち モンレアル (Komachi Montreal) combines music and japanese folkloric dance to create an inspiring performance overflowing with energy! Using japanese instruments such as the shamisen and the taiko, they will share with you their passion and the pleasure contained in japanese folkloric dances. Their philosophy, « Live our dance », is embodied in their shows!
They will also be holding a special activity during the convention 😉

We wish to know what type of Meets you want to see at Nadeshicon! You are part of an Attack on Titan fan community? You are interested in Gothic Lolita fashion, but are not sure where to start exactly? Meets are the perfect place for you to discuss a passion you hold dear with people who care as much as you do about it, or to find more about a subject you’ve only recently started being interested in!
That’s why we need you! If you want us to plan a Meet on one of your passions, we need you to fill the appropriate form and send it to us at [email protected]. You may find the form in the Get involved section!

Nadeshicon Idol is back!
During last year’s convention, many of you shared with us your desire to participate in our Idol contest, so here’s your chance!
You sing? You like japanese music? Come perform in front of our judges! You might just be one of the few who will be granted the chance to perform on stage during the main show!
Auditions will be held on the saturday morning of the festival, with the finale in the evening of the same day, on the stage of the Hydro-Québec theater. If you wish to participate, be sure to read the rules!
