Deadlines for the pre-registration and panel submissions!

Good monday everyone! We hope you had a great time at the Maid Café yesterday. Thank you so much for coming; it was awesome to see you! Of course, it wouldn’t have been as great if it weren’t for all the maids, butlers and volunteers who helped us, the Journées Ludiques with whom you played boardgames, Geneviève Lévesque who so graciously offered her services as photographer and took stunning shots of the amazing cosplays, and the Fanamanga who brought delicious onigiris and bubble teas. Thank you all for an incredible Maid Café!

With the Maid Café now over, the last stretch before Nadeshicon itself begins! As such, we will be closing online badge pre-orders on the 28th of this month. If you were thinking of pre-ordering it but were still holding off, you only have a few days left! You can do so, and find all the info relating to it, in the Pre-order page.

Another deadline coming up is the one for panel submissions, which will be on March 7th. You have a brilliant idea for a panel but haven’t submitted it yet? You can find the form and the instructions in the Get Involved page! Send them fast so we can start working on the event schedule!

You may now pre-order your badges for Nadeshicon 2017!

Quite the useful tool, pre-ordering allows you to reserve your badge, t-shirts, and bracelets for the masquerade and the OPJV, as well as avoid the lines to buy your badge on-site. Do consider giving the gift of love for the Japanese culture by ordering multiple badges for your loved ones!

You may pre-order badges, as well as find all the information pertaining to it, in the Pre-order section.

Since they will also be holding a show, don’t be late and reserve your spot now! You may also find more information on their guests on their page!

We can’t wait for August 7th, and hope you are as excited as we are!

Pre-registration for this year’s edition of Nadeshicon is now open!

Many of you contacted us asking where they could preorder their badge, so here is it! Pre-registration is now open!

Along with your badge, which costs $15, you are also able to reserve your bracelet to attend OJV’s show (indeed, OPJV will be at Nadeshicon this year as well with its portable version, hence the P in the name! More information on this will be available shortly) as well as the masquerade. Please note that not all bracelets will be available through pre-registration; you will also be able to get yours during the festival in case you cannot use pre-registration or if the bracelets available through it are depleted.

You can also buy one of our t-shirts along with your badge for an extra $15. While we are not able to show you its design just yet, know that it will be inspired by our official poster for this year’s edition!

We can’t wait to see you in April!
